our valued customer as part of our professional care of your garments. 

   We are not responsible for articles not claimed 
     within 30 days.

  We are not responsible for buttons, belts, 
     buckles, elastics, ornaments, zippers, beads, 
     suede’s, leathers, sequins, etc.

   We exercise utmost care in processing articles 
      entrusted to us and use such processing which 
      in our opinion are best suited to the nature and 
      condition of each individual article.

  Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of defects in 
    materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing.

  This applies particularly, but not exclusively to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, 
     double face fabrics, vynils, polyurethane’s, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed 
     for trimmings, buckles, bead, buttons, belts, and sequins.

  In laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage or against 
    damage to weak and tender fabrics. Differences in count must be reported, and this 
    ticket presented within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count 
    must be accepted. The company’s liability with respect to any lost articles shall 
    not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.

    • It is pertinent in working together as a service provider and customer. PLEASE check your order carefully for the number of garments present at pick up and delivery. We make sure to check your order three times before packaging and delivering. We are not responsible for any missing or list articles once we have left your house.

    • All returned checks will be assessed with a $25.00 service charge.

    • These aforementioned business conditions are not in order to make your nervous or surface concern about our work. These policies are ubiquitous among all cleaners, we just wanted you to be aware of them.
